Hey Jared. Watching you work those onions with that knife, you can’t be happy with that. It looks like it may be sharp but being that it’s so thick, it doesn’t look like it chop real well. Hope that all is well buddy. Gary

Those bottles - garlic aioli, ketchup, etc - are marketed to keep upside down like you had them - but always explode. I just keep them top up and give a quick shake prior to use
