DR cooking is a lot lot more than arroz, habichuelas I carne. Thx for including lomo saltado which is one of the first dishes that show chinese influence in Peruvian cuisine.

As a American now Peruvian husband I love fire smoke flavor meat in the Lomo Saltado like her family does in Peru. we are going to try Rum tonight a fire it up because we don't have a gas stove. But we have rum and cooking torche;) can't wait to try your dish tonight!!

I went to a Peruvian restaurant in the San Fernando Valley, they have the best chicken and fries, there fries come with white sauce, anybody know how they make they fries there fat and kinda soft and there soooo good with the white sauce, i want to make that, the chicken is just rotisserie chicken cooked with wood so good

yes except i premarinade my chicken pieces instead of pan frying naked. tastes much more flavorful this way and add a little red wine vinegar to the sauce
As a Peruvian, I’d recommend adding the fries to the mixture! the fries will soak up the juices!!
