    have u ever had any elbow pain and if u did how did u fix it. My right elbow cracks but it doesnt hurt i have no idea if this means something will happen in the future to my elbow or if its just something it does now

    Hi Mr. Bauer, could you please tell me what is the major difference between those who can throw over 90 miles and those who can barely throw 70 mile? I have tried tips from other pro pitchers but it doesn’t seem working for me.

      @@tylerhawn8821 bullshit. Genetics is just an excuse for people who can't reach their goals. It may be easier for some people than others, but saying that your genetics is what is preventing you from throwing 90 is just straight bullshit.

      He shouldn't pitch every day...long toss daily builds. A half a or a bucket of balls of long toss a day. Arm needs to rest 2 or 3 days after pitching 60 pitches. Our son goes to a former MLB pitcher if that helps.
