- Jun.21 -- Tsedal Neeley, Harvard Business School Naylor Fitzhugh professor of business administration and author of "Remote Work Revolution: Succeeding from Anywhere," discusses the divide between a majority of workers who want to continue to work from home, the majority of employers who want their employees to return to offices full time, and whether "work-life flexibility" can be achieved. She speaks with Emily Chang on "Bloomberg Technology."
The employers that are requiring us to return in office are going to lose people. I'm leaving as soon as I land another remote working position.
"You want me to come back... for what reason?"
Fill me in? I didn't follow

Companies who don't adjust to remote work will suffer
Goldman is for SURE losing talent
I came across this super cool new startup that helps distributed teams hold asynchronous meetings and find the concept so intriguing. It would completely change how my remote team works. I think you all will appreciate it too - check out their demo: ua-cam.com/video/dRafT3Ge60A/v-deo.html
With no context at the end she just threw out a bunch of buzzwords lol.
Probably managers have a hard time supervising remote work.
It’s not black and white as she says
lol you even need multiple remote jobs not to live paycheck to paycheck, so obviously you would fucking do it from home.
