    I'm an over the road truck driver. I have been very happy with my T-Mobile service. I get 5G almost everywhere. I love that they have One Plus phones. The customer service I have gotten from them is better than any other cell phone company. My monthly bill hasn't gone up. I'm staying with them.

      Yeah me either! I was really looking for something substantial like unlimited hotspot, or more perks on services such as Apple Music or UA-cam plus. This uncarrier was underwhelming. Plus T-Mobile also has 30 month payments plans I’m in on my iPhone 14 Pro max. They also flirted themselves with 36 month payment plans. The payments were much less, but that’s too long to keep a device imho.

      @Will Bx hotspot IS unlimited on most plans already. Example: Magenta Max gives you 40GB of high speed hotspot with unlimited slower speeds after the cap was reached. It would be pretty ridiculous for any carrier to offer truly unlimited high speeds all month.

    I have been with T-Mobile for years and I love it. I am on the 55 year old plan (Magenta 55+). The price is great. Netflix is free on this plan. T-Mobile is always giving away free stuff and extras and prizes (T-Mobile Tuesdays). I have Apple TV+ free for a year. After a year I can remove it or pay for it. I don’t think I will keep it, but that is the choice I am given. I saved a lot of money than what I was paying with Verizon. Verizon is ridiculous and is constantly going up on their prices and have a lot of fees added to the bill. I will not leave T-Mobile.

      When you get a new phone your eligible to do it. But it isn’t much of a difference from the 18month (lease) program. You can upgrade early when you pay half of the device. So in less time you can get a new phone But if you like it you have to pay the remaining balance of the device. But the go5g whatever removes that last bit so you can keep your phone it seems after those 2 yrs instead of paying the remaining balance of your device

  • @CosmicOwlChild
    @CosmicOwlChild Рік тому +1

    I worked for T-Mobile for 2yrs working with att for a month now. The contrast is wild. 36 months is wild and I did see the other options to go less time but they force people to do the 36 months. The fact that att won’t help you to buy your phone out is wild. But they will take your broken phone for 350. T-Mobile won’t do that. It has to in perfect condition. The go 5g is still better than any promotion att has. It seems like it’s the normal 18 months to the 24 months range now. And the fact that they said we’ll pay for your phone. Always been a thing but them saying they’ll pay 50% going back is a great deal. ( don’t go for essential. You’ll barely get anything if you only want basic unlimited data with no promos. That’s your plan. If you want promos go to the other plans.)

My phone does not work in my home without WiFi - so to be fair, Comcast should be given a share of the monthly payment that I make to T-Mobile. I have experienced lack of signal strength in many areas here in Puget Sound (for example, the signal is very weak in the parking lot of Issaquah Swedish Hospital, where you need your phone to work). Good question. But JOD is the 18 month plan that it’s either you trade in at the end of the 18th month or pay for the residual. And it’s a must to have insurance since you’re keeping the phone shorter for more trade ins. If your on jump! Which is the insurance version of JOD pay up to half of the device and trade in anytime you want as long the phone isn’t physically damaged

    First, I've found T-Mobile service to be the worst of the 3 carriers (Att, Verizon) secondly your still stuck with T-Mobile for 2 years, if you don't believe me go get an iPhone 14 pro max and say you don't want their service after 6 months. You still have to pay off the phone, or if you decide to get a different model, you have the same issue. There is NO contract with any of the carriers you can pay off the phone anytime you want. The difference of the 24 month vs. 36 months is the lower monthly cost of the phone. A $1000 phone still cost the same, regardless if you take 24 or 36 months to pay off off. They are just using words to scare you.

However you do have to stay with them the 24 or 36 month time to get the phone's for free or if you want to leave early just pay off what the remaining balance is.
      Some People are so entitled that that they actually think the world owes them free stuff, if companies just gave away free stuff with no condition, then they wouldn't be in business any longer.
