You've got to understand. This doesn't just happen. The practice,if you will,constitutes the results. Thats why they deserve the ticket price. I feel a little guilty receiving all this for little to nothing. Thank you . I must be privileged.
I would have liked to have been at the rehearsals.
Do not despair that more people have not yet discovered the magic that is “I’m With Her” because this golden nugget will be discovered over and over by lucky future fans (for they all will be both lucky and fans)! I think my frequency rose markedly during the concert and I am well on my way to ascending to the 5th dimension solely because of their amazing collaboration. Many thanks for the boost!

I came for the musicianship and stayed for the songwriting. Terrific on both accounts.
Pretty sad that there have been so few views of this amazing performance. If talent was directly correlated to popularity and income, these wonderful instrumentalists and songbirds would be insanely rich and better-known by the public. Regardless... I'm just glad they do what they do. They're as close to perfection as can be found.

I could give a rats ass as to the masses and their overlooking this music, these artists. The masses just fuck things up, ............anyways......always. I'm sure they'd appreciate making more income via their craft, but it is what it is. Is it any different for Tim O'Brien? Or the Stringdusters? Mandolin Orange as well? Insanely rich? >>>>Cringe. There's more to this life than money, and while it does put beans on their respective tables, probably a neat crib somewhere and then some, it's not what sits atop their lists
But insanely rich coffers and all the attendant trappings???? Ugggh. Fwiw, I've seen them more than a few times with the last time, being the night after this Boston performance (in Princeton). They're wonderful, but I rarely lament and feel badly as to what they don't have (as in $$$ or popularity) as I'm almost positive they spend very little time as well dwelling on that. That aside, I am looking forward to seeing them up in the Catskills at Grey Fox in just about a month. What a beautiful night Princeton was with Billy. His cover of Tull's 'Thick As A Brick' was beautiful, which was matched by the ladies doing a beautiful rendition of Joni's 'Carrie'. Nights like this is what makes life truly RICH.
I totally agree. Got to see Sarah Jarosz last year in Pensacola, fantastic show in front of (maybe) 50 people in a venue that has a capacity of about 900. The sparse crowd didn't phase her a bit, she still gave 110%. Damn shame though.
Going to see them next month at the IBMA's. Can't wait, driving from Orlando to Raleigh just to see them and Molly Tuttle. So excited.
@JL Diaz Your irrational hatred is... noted, but if anyone "referenced" anyone, it was Clinton doing the referencing, not these girls-- they've been I'm With Her since 2014 (or even 2013?).
Occasionally a single performer or a group hits everything right and magic happens. When that happens the performers know it. They can feel it. That is the magic we all hope for anytime we watch a live show, or perform in a live show. The smiles on the faces during the last song is a clear message that the magic happened in this show. This is rare, even with the talent on the stage. It is awesome to behold.

Johnny Cash would be ecstatic. When these ladies sing a unison it is truly 1 voice. Their harmony, phrasing and accompaniment are perfect. I love these girls and I want to thank their parents for their contribution.
Sara's fiddle mastery in "Game to Lose" is si ply wonderful...as is this entire set. ❤
Okay, enough already. This needs to be a live album that I can listen to everywhere and anywhere all the time and without stopping.
Pangaea sends my whole body into into shivers every time I hear that intro. Then it sends me into an emotionally introspective mess. How could you not think deeply about yourself and the world just listening to those lyrics.
I was at this show about 3 people from the stage. These women are absolutely incredible alone and even more so together! Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world.
They are still one of my favorite bands! Been listening to Sarah Watkins since she was a young teenager in the fabulous trio, NickelCreek. Been listening to Sarah Jarosz since she was 13 years old, wearing braces and performing at the Old Settler's Fest. I discovered Aoife O'Donovan when she was the lead singer with Crooked Still. Together, their voices are angelic, and yet, their musicianship and song-writing skills are world-class. See them LIVE whenever possible.

3 talented young ladies indeed. Sara, Sarah and Aoife are Blessed !They Shine solo, in their groups and will shine where else they decide to present the public with their presence.
I've seen the trio at least 8 times since 2015. And SJ and AO'D a buncha times since 2009. They never disappoint or fail to bring pure joy to my soul.

This was a fun discovery for me, tonight. I listened to the whole concert. I was drumming my fingers and tapping my toes and I smiled when they made corny jokes! I wish I could have been there. I wish we all could go soon. I will keep my eyes open that we will be doing this kind of thing again, soon!!
How I miss attending music concerts! Will be so happy if the virus vaccines WORK and the world opens up again! This musical group "I’m With Her" is terrific... hoping to hear much, much more!

Caught Sarah and then the three of them when they still could mix with the fan(atic)s! Humility radiates from them; they know who and what they are but are as "normal" as anybody could hope to be. We are so lucky to have them. Every chance (with permission!) we should be posting videos for the future. Nobody will believe this much talent was in one place EVER. What a meld of the finest talent; todays' CSN and more.

Chris Thiele and "Alive From Here" turned me on to this fantastic young songwriter and performer Sarah Jarosz. These three together really tear it up. So glad to download this entire set at the House of Blues. these women are an inspiration.

Recently saw these talented girls at the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival in New York. These artists are truly an Americana/Bluegrass Supergroup!
Was at this show live and it is such a blessing to be able to re-watch and remember a wonderful night
I have watched this video more than 30 times, and I am always impressed by the musicality of these 3 very talented women. Sara's fiddle solo in Crossing Muddy Waters never ceases to amaze me.
I just want to say that watching this again at this strange time we find ourselves in fills me with same wonder & admiration of the beautiful music of these 3 talented ladies & I wish them all safety in these uncertain times they have given me many happy uplifted times & I look forward to more .

Starting the album and the show with Sarah Jarosz's magical voice singing "I hear you loud and clear" gives me the goosebumps. Brilliant stuff.

I have been a fan of Sarah Jarosz watching her grow since she was in high school, she is an amazing musician and an extraordinary leader and human being. Sarah teaming up with Sara and Aoife has introduced me to their music as well, but the power of the three is a true synergism of musical ecstasy.
Not forgeting Nickel Creek, lol
They are so damn talented. Also, they have PUT IN THE TIME studying music and harmony and singing and playing their instruments - there is no substitute for this -- not for all the spandex, glitter and falsity that passes these days for "good" music -- can't hold a candle to this.
I have watched this video 7 or 8 times since it appeared on UA-cam. I am constantly impressed by the great musicianship, 3 beautiful voices with beautiful harmonies. And it helps that the concert was professionally recorded, really great video and sound. Thank you Front Row Boston.

Been watching and listening to these ladies for a few years now, in previous groups, individually, and as I'm With Her. They showed some stuff in this concert I hadn't seen before: Brief jams with counterpoint thrown in, a snippet of almost blues like harmonizing , plus, plus, the added benefit of witty repartee regarding home turf and cockroaches.
All with the usual fine musicianship and vocals.
What a trio! Beautiful voices, great songs and musicianship. Wonderful harmonies. Who needs Destinys Child! These ladies are pure class and no bling!

I would pay to see these artist by themselves -- but to see all three in the same place at the same time would be amazing. Talent - Humility - Grace - all in one. Now -- add Wailin' Jenny's -- Hooray for the Riff Raff - and the Civil Wars and my head would explode -- In a good way
Adding the Civil Wars would be tough considering the duo doesn't exist any more. :-(

I found this clip in the recommended video feed and I'm so glad I clicked on it. Phenomenal vocals and brilliant playing on their ever changing instruments. To me they sound a little Dixie Chicks, and a little like Alison Krauss. I finished watching and immediately ordered the cd. This one definitely belongs in your collection.
When the first videos appeared on UA-cam a little while ago they reminded me a lot of the first Trio album (Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt), now they have matured a lot to have their own sound. The small choral group of female voices is a part of the country music culture, the multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter also. The combination of the two, combined with the talent of these three ladies, is however a very rare, precious and beautiful thing.
Luck enough to be there that night, but it’s great to have all that subtlety here to relisten too!

Ok would like to clear up a comment I made before. I said that bluegrass was in good hands with you three and Billy S. I know that neither of you are simply bluegrass. You are much much more. You three are better than the Dixie Chicks. Love everything you do!! If you go to Red Rocks again, my wife and I will be there!

I think they and their music stand on their/it's own merit. This is something that I learned a hard lesson in recently and wanted to make sure you don't make my mistake. You invoke the dread notion of "identity" and assert that "they and their music stand on their own merit". It is a historical fact that I'm with Her formed as a band in response to Punch Brothers inviting them to do a set to open for Punch Brothers at Telluride. All three women knew one another and played together as a consequence of their relationships with various members of Punch Brothers. The band I'm with Her exists as a consequence of being a part of a community-- as we all do-- - and in their case the community happened to be constellated around Punch Brothers, hence the little pun "Punch Sisters" which points to the history and the relationship.
The great fallacy of "identity" as promulgated by the ideologically driven is that we construct it on our own. This is, of course, silly. Your concern for me, relational in nature, nicely illustrates that we exist together, in relationship. None of us stand on our own merits-- that is voluntarist and american consumerist nonsense that is, for now, rather in vogue, ironically among Republicans, Democrats, sjws and LGBTQ, etc... all of whom subscribe to the same view. Please forgive my use of jargon, which is used only to shorten what is only a too long response.
