Never heard it by Diana Damrau. Stunning and a brilliant quality. Wish she had stayed with this repertoire. She had such a gorgeous timbre. This is HQ music making and so good.
it's a voice that has always suffered from contortions in her throat to make every sound and vowel she uses: when she was younger, it gave people the impression of darkness and a dramatic nature: but, in reality, it was tension and poor technique that led her to her current quality of singing... too bad, as she is truly a great artist
