You had a video where you said your arteries were squeaky clean. Then you said you were 64 and had a CIMT test that said you had the arterial age of a 57 year old. That means you have an average CCA Mean IMT of 0.69 mm which means you have a decent amount of plaque similar to an average 57 year old male who consumes a typical average diet, not a healthy diet but just typical for the average guy. Am I missing something here?

@@bartrobinson2103 Well he said his Ct Calcium score was zero which is decent but that doesn't pick up soft plaque and his CIMT is only average so he seems to be doing ok but it does not appear his special diet is really anything special.
