I've been chewing on this question for a week or two. It seems doable, but I would recommend really looking into the book Scientific Principles of Hypertrophy Training by Dr. Mike Israetel in order to understand the variation in rep pacing, and how important eccentric movement can be in muscle building especially for bodybuilding. If someone used kbs, pullups and push ups with a slow eccentric as well as adding lengthened partials into your sets, I could see them having impressive results. The best thing you said that I love is find somebody who's done a comp to dial in all the unseen nuances of the sport that you just would never think of!! Thank you for all the info, coach!
I get my information, and I hope I got his name right, from Charles Glass. He’s the one who told me about bodybuilding. My only issue with the book you site is the use of drugs, which I am completely against.
@DanJohnStrengthCoach thanks coach, I'll check him out (Charles Glass). Totally understandable why you would not really get into Dr Mike due to the fact he is pretty transparent about significant drug enhancement. The positive is I don't remember that really being addressed in the book, but totally get it.
Why not this? Quads & Glutes - Kettlebell Front Squats/Pistols Hamstrings/Erectors/Traps/Rhomboids - Kettlebell Swings/Snatches/Cleans Lats/Biceps/Posterior Delts/Abs - Pullups/Chin Ups Medial & Anterior Delts & Triceps - Kettlebell Presses/Jerks/Handstand Press Ups Pectorals/Triceps - One Arm Press Ups/Kettlebell Flyes Build up to high volume and higher kettlebell loads = high level natural Bodybuilding for the whole body using only Calisthenics and Kettlebells…no?…

Even isolated arm work too through kettlebell curls for biceps and Tiger Bend Press Ups for the triceps
That’s very good. Thank you for sharing that.
