Enjoyed your video. I have a few updates to the one you have. Today I purchased the Brita filter with notable differences to yours: 1) Not an angled pitcher; 2) Light for standard to be held 2 seconds then all the lights flicker 3 times with the standard blinking 3 times as the pitcher adjusts to the type of filter. If it was the next level up the light would blink on for that model's filter system. Pretty cool if accurate; 3) Once adding the water it ran through rapidly without the pausing yours did probably because of the angled design. They probably realized the flaw or at least Costco chose to only carry the one without the angled pitcher. Otherwise, the same process for replacing the filter except it didn't have to line up, it instantly falls into place without needing adjusting to lines within the unit. This one comes with 2 filters, wrapped inside the unit. which you only have to unwrap and put into the nodule, the directions say you must wash your hands before touching the filter. The other filter is in the packaging which I kept in the original pitcher's packaging until convinced of the quality. All the best with yours!
Wow thanks so much for the update!! I need to check that one out, that sounds like some nice features. Thanks for Sharing!! this helped me and I am sure it will help others!!!!!
If you read the directions it tells you how to set the indicator and what to do if you set it wrong - hold the button for Two seconds, not eight. Thanks for filter insert part, I had mine in wrong.
Just the video about this model I was looking for 👍🏼. Quick question: I don’t like water from the fridge so can I leave the mug on my kitchen counter? Fresh water would be added daily as it will be consumed regularly.
You've had yours about as long as I've had mine. Curious have you even had the filter Replacement Indicator work? On standard filter setting I fill up this pitcher about 1.5 times a day. And not once in nearly a year has it said to replace the filter. I have replaced the filter but I did not reset the indicator just to see if it would ever work. Nada And actually this is my second one. My first one I bought in late 2019 and it has the same indicator, it never once showed to replace the filter, so luckily being bought from Costco I took it back. And now this one a year later and same thing. They just never tell you to replace the filter. I had the previous version indicator before these last two and it worked but not this type. How about you?
So we still have some of the heavy metals left and it is not good to take a fluoride out which our...g.o..v adds for us to calcify our pineal gland . Making sure when we get older we also get dementia or Alzheimer. What is the best filter to take them away? This thing is made cheap. You didn't do anything wrong. It should be a little better quality When you press it should still do the job not to die after one press And thank you for the video
Just moved into my first apartment and bought one of these. Super helpful video thanks man!
Awesome!! have fun in you new apartment!

Does the green indicator light have to stay on because mind dont .
No mine does not work half the time either.
My reset button will not reset and stays on this is a new Brita filter and container
Can you filter rain water with it
I am just not sure about that, sorry
Water is being filter so it's not gonna be filtered in 5 mins
Good point
I would die of thirst before this thing could filter my water. I'd rather just die from the naturally contaminated water
I thought it would be faster too, that is the main reason I don't use it either.
OMG, want some cheese with that wine?
Thanks for watching
I wish you wouldn't discard the water the way you do.
