Hi! Thanks for the great review, I've been using Katana laces (mostly indoors, 1.5 sizes less than my street shoes) and now getting into going out doors, I've got recommended these on the store and bought them (2 full sizes less). They kinda hurt, especially upper part of my big toe, will it get better?

Same story, from 43.5 to 41 because i was told that they will give up. I gave up before them and bought a different pair of shoes after some months

What shoe size is your street shoe out of curiosity? I've just ordered the Otaki in 40.5, my kubo were a 41 but there more relaxed/dont think they've the s- Heel so I tried on the otaki 41.5 at store's climbing wall, and felt 40.5 might be the one. My street size is around 9.5 typically

      My street shoe size is a 44 EU or a 10.5+ U.S.
With some of my newer climbing shoes I’ve downsized to a 41.5 with no regrets. The 42 still fits nice tho.

Great information! I am getting back into rockclimbing, but it’s been about 10 years, I’m leaning towards the shoe. I don’t really care about brands, would this be a great option to get back into? Most of the climbing I’m going to be doing is going to be on limestone but also in the gym, probably 50-50. i’ve never been really great at climbing, I guess I would consider myself a solid 5.10 climber

Right on! And yeah this would be a great shoe to get back into climbing with. The rubber it has will be perfect for climbing on limestone and the straps will make it easy to get them off quickly in the gym. It’s a shoe that should handle everything you throw at it. The only other shoe I would recommend would be the new Katana (with the Velcro straps)
