- My Honda city recently AC blower fan not working on fan speed 1,2,3 & 4.
If you knock the bottom of the blower fan immediately the blower fan works again. If you have blower fan doesn't work on speed 1,2,3 but only works on speed 4 then you should check the resistor. The resistor can be replaced or fix also.
In my case, the FUSE and resistor are in working condition, but the carbon brushes and blower fan motor(armature) worn down, first attempt failed to fix the blower fan issue, but 2nd attempt was able to fix it with just RM2 (4pcs O-Ring) by lift up the entire carbon brushes bracket so as to ensure the carbon brush is able to connect properly to the motor.

我的honda city 最近AC鼓风机的风扇转速1,2,3＆4不能运行. 如果您敲打鼓风机的底部，则鼓风机将再次工作/运行。如果您的鼓风机，风扇无法在速度1,2,3下运行，而只能在速度4下运行那么您应该检查电阻。电阻也可以更换或修理。
根据我的问题，保险丝和电阻器处于工作状态，但是碳刷鼓风机电机（电枢）磨损，因此首次尝试无法解决鼓风机问题, 风扇无法运行.但是第二次尝试通过提高整个碳刷支架，仅用RM2（4个O形圈），以确保碳刷能够正确连接到电机。就可以将其修复。

Kereta Honda City saya baru-baru ini kipas AC blower tidak berfungsi pada kelajuan kipas 1,2,3 & 4. Sekiranya anda mengetuk bahagian bawah kipas blower, kipas blower akan berfungsi semula. Sekiranya anda mempunyai kipas blower tidak berfungsi pada kelajuan 1,2,3 tetapi hanya berfungsi pada kelajuan 4 maka anda harus memeriksa perintang (resistor). Perintang boleh diganti atau diperbaiki juga.
Dalam kes saya FUSE dan perintang dalam keadaan berfungsi, tetapi karbon berus dan motor kipas blower (angker) haus, dalam percubaan pertama gagal menyelesaikan masalah kipas blower, tetapi percubaan ke-2 berjaya memperbaikinya dengan hanya RM2 (4pcs O-Ring) dengan meninggikan seluruh pendakap berus karbon, ianya untuk memastikan bahawa berus karbon dapat disambungkan dengan betul ke motor.

Hi, I like your video it is very informative and your explanation was very detailed, Thank you very much.. By the way, in my case my fan was spinning slowly in the 1,2,3 speed but when I switched it on 4 speed it spined perfectly but there is "burn like" smell coming out from the dashboard airduct. What could be the problem?
check the blower resistor, it could be the issue...

Hi, no need to switch on the blower knob....just start your car...
In my case I take out the motor and blow all the carbon residue and it back to normal. If not then only open the motor

Can we spray WD40 into our aircond blower?
Hi Asyran Abdullah, this aircond blower has no bearing at top and bottom. If you hv blower spinning slowly most likely it could be the carbon brushes or motor due to worn down... of course dust might 1 of the issues if your blower use for many years... i still keep using it until today...
