    My calculator sits at zero no matter what I do. Is that because it’s for a sole trader not registered for GST?

      Try running your Profit and loss report instead, filter by cash/accruals and then run for the month/quarter.

      Tall Books thank you. I’ve tried that. The top says total income which just seems to be labour rates and then it gives me gross profit which I think the paint is included but it’s sometimes a less amount than the total income- so confusing

      @@katenylen463 Hi Kate, ignore gross profit. You only include sales in GST turnover not profit or expenses.
