Yeah, technically it's designed as 7 separate scenerios but I'd imagine there's a variant that you can play them all together. I'm just not aware of one myself.
The dark Prussian Blue color is the color of the Prussian uniforms even through the Napoleonic Wars, so it makes sense to give them that color. Blue didn't become the color for France until after the revolution. If anything, France should have been White but Austria was also white so they chose grey for them.

I kinda feel they got the colors for the Prussians and French reversed.
