Thanks for sharing the tip. The way I used to do it (25 years back) was to squeeze only once and fill halfway. To fill the rest of the tube you need to flip it over and gently squeeze to get the air out of the tube. Then without removing the pressure you have to dip it again and release it to fill the rest of the tube.

Yes, the cap is unsealed . You can blow air through it. If it is kept Capped and upright it should not leak. But if it's placed in a pocket camp down there's a high chance it would leak.

@@viruslady6901 Well, you have to check first if that pen is prone to leak, if not, it can't be put in the shirt pocket, I for one i put enough pens in the shirt pocket.

Actually my grandpa had this kind of a pen and he gave it to me and i was unable to understand how to refill it i asked my grandpa but he told that he has never refilled it so i was upse but now i can fill it thanks a lot.
