Aelita’s Intuition has improved over time. 👏🏾I’m so happy because I remember in season 4 when Yumi and Aelita were saying how their “female intuition” was telling them that they could trust Jeremy (though is was Xana). But they both were wrong and Odd basically told them off by saying that his intuition “male intuition” was correct and they were wrong. 😂
Lol I love the characters in evolution. Their flaws seem more fleshed out giving them more depth and believability. Aelita showing a little more of her mischievous/jealous side, odd showing a little more of his cocky, selfish side, Ulrich showing a little more melancholy/passive aggressive, and so much more. I love catching the different nuances between the anime and live action
The cuboid shaped towers look more technological, even the effect when a monster dies is beautiful. I say if I rewatch the old seasons again, the only reason is for the story and personalities of the characters

Really good quality would be Blu-ray quality or better, while UA-cam tends to pixelate even with slight motion, blur details and compress gradients poorly. That's why I think many companies do viewers a disservice by making stuff available on streaming platforms only.

Man live action code Lyoko blows hard. Not only is aelita no longer really relevant except her connection to the antagonists but with everyone being able to deactivate towers it’s become pointless to even have the sequel. I wish they just made the sequel animated and not this. I'm honestly finding the jealousy of Aelita to Laura the funniest shit ever om this season XD I don't even dislike Laura but I wish they did her character better as the episodes go on. I wasn't a fan of how they gave closure to her presence as a Lyoko warrior either.
You know, overall this episode was pretty good! It made sense for Jeremy to draw a blank after stressing out working on the computer too long. Better acting in this episode as well, felt more alive compared to the last 3 episodes
Just watched the first 4 episodes. It's starting to grow on me. Seeing them in life action is a bit strange, awkward at times. I hope they include more humor like the cartoon. They don't need to be so serious all the time. And William needs to be included in the team as well. He was cocky and that's why XANA took him but, they were responsible for bringing him to Lyoko in the first place. Again, so much potential with this series practically wasted. Unfortunately the writers and producers didn't see what a gem they had in their hands. Glad I can watch this on youtube. I missed this show!

Also Aelita may see some of her father in him (girl’s got daddy issues)
My thoughts on the characters here: Odd: He honestly the most on point character with his quips and attitude, but he shouldn't be so short. Jesus. Ulrich: He's fine, but I feel like he doesn't bring much to the table anymore with a very serious and bland attitude. Yumi: She's pretty good. Again, she doesn't bring much to the table, especially since she's a year ahead of the main cast, but her appearances are pretty good, especially with Ulrich. Same for him. Jeremy: The actor nailed his sort of annoyed personality, especially with Odd. (The classic "Oooodd!" complaint), but other than that, he doesn't really have his quips with the only one I noticed is the joke on the Megapod's name. Aelita: It's fine with her being jealous because it makes sense, but she's so aggressive all the time. I bet anyone could rewrite Aelita, and she'd seem more like her previous attitude. She has shown to put her foot down, but she's kinda mean here. She looks so angry all the time.

Some of the complaints here are hilarious. As if a fully animated counterpart would relieve some of the secondary complaints being said: williams use, anyone being able to disactivate a tower, the way Laura was used this episode, etc.
After several years, I've finally accepted that having evolution is better than having nothing... The show is not that bad and they did try to match the original as much as they can including the actors... I recommend watching in 1.5 speed though to match the original's intensity

I’ll be honest here. Ulrich used to be a hot-head with serious athletic abilities, which got him a ton of attention. I’m just not feeling it with him in this season. I feel no chemistry between him and Yumi, partially due to writing and due to the actors. They aren’t giving us much to work with in terms of that relationship. Also, where’s Sissi?... Also-also, Aelita isn’t the same... I feel like the only character that gets highlighted a lot is Odd and he was never my favorite character... I actually like Laura and I’m glad that William is close to the original character... I would much rather see William and Laura become the main characters, because I’m not being entertained with the other characters yet.

Even after all that, Aelita would never act like this. It is not her character. Going through similar circumstances in the original, she never acted that way.

I’ll be honest here. Ulrich used to be a hot-head with serious athletic abilities, which got him a ton of attention. I’m just not feeling it with him in this season. I feel no chemistry between him and Yumi, partially due to writing and due to the actors. They aren’t giving us much to work with in terms of that relationship. Also, where’s Sissi?... Also-also, Aelita isn’t the same... I feel like the only character that gets highlighted a lot is Odd and he was never my favorite character... I actually like Laura and I’m glad that William is close to the original character... I would much rather see William and Laura become the main characters, because I’m not being entertained with the other characters yet.

that's my actual opinion btw I think she's a really good character, the only reason she went against them in the later episode is because they weren't really being nice to her at all
definately my favorite character in evolution, especially considering that they changed the main characters' personalities somewhat from what they were in the main show
