In Evolution I think that Yumi has become personally weaker and Aelita has become more serious, I guess that's due them to grow up, but I would have liked them to bring up those features from time to time. Ulrich acts so like an adult when Ulrich used to be inmature. In the other hand, Odd acts so like a kid, the previous Odd was more clown. William looks to me very passive, in the cartoon he was more agressive. And Jeremy has turned completely a machine, the cartoon Jeremy used to make more jokes

It's just getting better and better! What I mean is how the actors play their characters and how the story get more complicated. But.. i kinda distrubed by how the characters are more afraid on attacking the monsters at lyoko. I mean, i know they're afraid of being devirtualized and there's no one left to deactivate the tower, but i really hope they put more effort to offense instead of just ran away from the monsters

William is quite OP this episode. Stayed alive throughout the entire Lyoko segment and took on an Ulrich avatar after having already taken two hits.

The specters are getting more powerful. Shooting high energy from the hands and letting out a powerful scream. Also they’re becoming a lot more convincing by talking instead of just standing there menacingly.

He and Odd spark a joint every once in a while to ease some stress (battling XANA ain’t no picnic). Ulrich caught them blazing once but agreed to keep their secret just as long as they don’t light up when he’s in the room

I'm so accustomed to the original animated designs that even getting this far in, I still have a hard time believing some of the actors how some look almost nothing like the original characters. Sissi, Mrs. Hertz, Mr. Delmas. The Lyoko gang is at least identifiable, though from time to time, I do mix up Ulrich and William. One of the only characters I think got it spot on in terms of looks is Jim.

A year late, but you didn't watch Evolution either apparently. It's been shown in episode 7 that Polymorphic specters still exist. They know they exist, they haven't forgotten about them at all, that's why Jérémie suggests that the specter could either be a shapeshifter or many specters (especially with Odd complaining about Laura tailing him, implying that XANA sent an army even with one Tower). It's only been a good while since they didn't deal with a shapeshifter (not to mention with XANA weakened, they might've not known how often those would be back).
