Agreed, the off brand or really cheap ones honestly don’t work, the stp throttle body cleaner works the best of any honestly cleans everything after the maf sensor

I've used these kind of products on a few vehicles I've owned. I'll say if you're gonna get a cheaper one at least get the chevron techron and I'd say to use a couple bottles at once and still maybe consider a second treatment depending on the mileage, age and maintenance history of the vehicle. I've found the Royal purple, Amsoil and the ATS fuel injector cleaners work the best. I always do at least two consecutive treatments whenever I buy a new-to-me vehicle. After that maybe once a year or year and a half I'll put one bottle in with a fill up. I have a preferred customer membership with Amsoil so I usually use their cleaner because I can buy it with my rewards with them. But if I don't want to wait for it to come in the mail the royal purple fuel injector cleaner is found at most Walmart's or maybe auto parts stores. These products may marginally improve your fuel mileage, idle quality or even throttle response but aren't going to make a world of difference. Also worth mentioning these products won't work at all in vehicles that are GDI without port style injectors.
Blessings and great info and comments, but should I still used the cleaner even I changed the number 3 spark plug and now code P0203 it’s on for fuel injector, any help would be appreciated and thank you much God Bless
The video was helpful for people who skip over reading or can’t really read…BUT do not do this every oil change, gas in the US already has detergents in it to maintain the cleanliness, it’s a waste of money.
I would never use those kind of additives from the supermarket. I tested quite a few and the only ones that truly work to clean the whole engine lines are Seafoam, liquimoly or Archoil. Hope it helps 👍

Use Sea Foam or STP ultra 5 in 1 fuel system cleaner. Pour it in when the tank is only a quarter full (first line before empty) then run it for 20-50miles then fill up your tank. I just did it for the first time on my 08 Mercedes. Used Sea Foam and i already could tell the difference
Thank you so much for this. I bought one for my car but wasn't quite sure if I would had done this right... seems simple enough. Wasn't sure if it was mentioned, but I've heard you're supposed to do this when the tank is basically empty. And like you said, fill 'er up till full. And then I read you're supposed to do it before an oil change... dunno why that is, but I guess that works out for me since I'm due for one.
Yup u correct, unless the dude put the cleaner every fill up it will help but 5k miles wastes of money, i use the synthetic $9 every 3-5k miles smart way

Yes, it just mixes better if you put the bottle in first.
It works better if you top off the bottle with gasoline and then pour the contents into the fuel tank.
This gotta be a Buick 😂
do you put it in before you put gas or after?
Never skip on gumout for the cheaper stuff. I’d wait a whole day and be there first in the morning. All about that PEA
Can it be done after a full tank ?
Yes
Better to do it almost empty
