    Thank you so much for these instructions. I do a lot of formal alterations and this technique comes in quite handy. Do you also have a video showing how to finish off the bottom of a invisible zipper in a dress so there is no bump or hole?

      Thank you :) Not sure what the issue could be without seeing, but make sure any corners you cut are square, and double check any measurements and markings.

    Thank you for the great and simple teaching. I have a question. What are the dimensions used in both fabrics?

    • @RokoleeDIY
      @RokoleeDIY  4 роки тому +3

      Thank you :) The patterned white fabric piece was 18.5" x 13.5". The lining was approx. 16" x 11" (or a little smaller).

  • @marielisabeth634
    @marielisabeth634 2 роки тому

    You said you ticked a Half inch in, but you only turned the edge of the fabric under a 1/4 of an inch. Is this correct?

    • @RokoleeDIY
      @RokoleeDIY  2 роки тому

      Hi! I folded the fabric over 1" from the edge and then 1/4" from the edge :)

      It's a woven cotton from IKEA. Fairly sturdy, medium weight :)
