Barracks is a flawed concept to begin with. If it were buffed, it would be op for just a few waves midgame and still be useless early and lategame Not to mention the lag, a lot of people suggested increasing the amount of troops barracks spawns but with how much lag barracks already causes it isn’t really an option
3:44 railgunner lategame really is all you need (with some crowd control ofc), railgunners with commander is enough to kill void on maps as short as way out, if your concern is cliffspace then you should consider cliff stacking (shiftlock your camera into a cliff on the sides, you can place towers where you shouldn't be able to normally, no this is not bannable it's effectively a feature at this point)

@@watertime9214 1- Marksman alone is not a good early game as it doesn't allow a decent farming on waves 1-9 2- Golden commando is only good on survival because he lags and loses 2/3 of his dps in versus and for what i can see your loadout would only be able to triumph long maps on survival anyway 3- loses to wave 1 anarchist unless you kill your farming Marksman is the best tower for midgame, but that's the only reason your only issues involve early and late game. For reference, my loadout is: Golden Scout, Railgunner, Commander, Dj, Farm and Golden Scout, Graveyard, Commander, Dj, Farm (Against anarchist cuz i can't leak w10 hiddens)

2 golden scouts can even kill a boss1 bro it's ez to counter that. Just treat it the same way as w1 anarchist, but this time it's even more inefficient. U can afford to get w11 lvl 4 gs without any issues and kill the hiddens, won't be a big deal as your opponent wasted 200-800 in sending slows in such case. If he decides to go all in and also send boss1 you can sell farms in order to get lvl 3 gs and a lvl 4 and fully counter it, while your opponent has no farms too and no defense against first boss2 unlike you so it's just a free win.
It’s an extremely niche and hard to use tower, I wouldn’t reccomend using it There are “viable” 1v1 loadouts that use it, such as hallow avi rail commander and hallow plasma grave dj, but they are extremely hard to use and aren’t very good tbh Pretty useless in survival, and outclassed by flamethrower in 2v2+
true, it can deal with early game (waves before first b1) better than flamethrower but that's about it. Flamethrower is a lot better for spreading DoT slows.

Here's the buff i'd give barracks:
Placement limit: 2 -> 5
Placement cost: 750 -> 600
Level 1-3 soldier hp: 4 -> 10
Squadron: 450 -> 250
Spec Ops: 720 -> 530
Legion: 4300 -> 2800
Fortress: 13500 -> 8000
5 placement would fucking rape the server speed
