- I'm back!!!! To all those... 9 subscribers at the time of the upload of this video. This was just a test to see how fast I could kill the Warden. I also want to defeat 3 Wardens at the same exact time, I don't think anyone has done that.
Also I think 16 seconds is the... uh.. world record for fastest Warden kill? idk
If you're wondering how I calculate the time, it's not hard. I start it the second I first attack the Warden, and end it the second I kill the Warden.
This is on HARD Difficulty, the Warden is dealing the most damage he can possibly deal.
Inventory:
Full Protection 4, Unbreaking 3, Mending Netherite Armor
Sharpness 5 Netherite Sword
Unbreaking 3 Shield
2x Instant Health 2 Potions
1x Maxed Turtle Master Potion
1x Strength 2 Potion

Two things:
One, beacons can be used to give permanent regeneration and haste, haste increases attack speed by a little and regeneration would maybe be able to reduce the required healing potions
Two, eating a steak and then a golden apple before the fight will both top off your hunger/saturation and give 2 absorption hearts
Golden carrots are lowkey better. Also why regen when you can get haste II instead?
You do have a good point but also adding a beacon with resistance 2 really does keep you from having to use healing potions.
Haste doesnt increase attack speed thats just a visual thing

@@zaneatat it does. Using cheats, apply haste 10+ to yourself and swing with an axe or sword. It won't have a recharge time.
I wonder if mojang knows that making the warden harder to kill is only gonna make players more motivated to kill it
For average players yeah.
Its was actually harder before it's attacks could go through armor and i think it had more health but the mc community got mad saying it's "to hard" even tho u ain't supposed to kill it an they nerft it

@@cj13rules it was that they buffed the warden, they made it so that smite doesn’t affect them as well as probably increasing a bit of damage.
This guy should do a “killing the warden” Speedrun! Like starting from square one in the overworld with nothing. That’d be fun to watch.

Oh yeah there are people who did that. Generally involving traps, or maxed out weapons and arrows with gold apples or healing potions. I think one guy did three in a row using that technique.

Wait, but does the impaling enchantment only work with underwater mobs? Or am I missing something here?
In bedrok edition it's applies to all mobs in water or rain(it will also be in java, but it is not clear when)

Actually there's some people who managed to kill 3 wardens post-buff, but it was with end crystals. No one has ever done it full sword melee so you can be the first, it's way more impressive that way. Looks like timing the cycle of 3 wardens will be pain tho

@@Serexers Checked it. Lopezz did beat it with no armor but used a bow, it wasn't sword only. Also it was only one, not 3 at the same time.

I swear I saw someone do it with a sword on yt and I did it once because it's one of my favorite mobs
On a survival server (hard) me and my friend came up with a way of killing wardens pretty easy with sword and no buffs, took 3 totems if u were killing it alone and no totems if u were 2 ppl, i think me and my friend killed maybe 50 of them and if ur woundering why, the server had an event where u could kill hard mobs as the enderdragon, wither, warden and yeah mobs like that. Needless to say, we won that event
We also did several at a time a couple times, it didnt work as well but it did work
You know a potion is underrated when you can take down a natural disaster just by using it and some good old crit spam

Even with one turtle master, one potion of strength and one potion of healing, the Warden brought him to half health TWICE, and lasted more than expected. This mob is definitely boss level, unlike the Elder Guardian.
Frr elder guardian does half a heart in full enchanted netherite. But this guy… like half of your hearts in it.
Warden isn't even a boss. Too powerful to be a boss that it's classed as a deterrent.

elder guardian isn't a boss
No matter how strong they make the hostile mobs the player will always win
so player is the strongest minecraft mob lol

@@Mkmccoi think they need to make a mob that insta kills you in certain armor so you need to use like leather armor against it but it has a lot of hp and strong attacks that also insta kill in leather

I guess that's why breeding all the turtles being as slow and aggravating as it is to get 5 scutes is as it is.

@@Unknown-mo6ugIt is a story based mob. Minecraft has a lot of lore and the reason it only drops a catalyst has to do with the lore surrounding it.

this is insane, ..it's chunking through Turtle Master level 2......i feel like they added t it's knockback, as it seems trickier than when a few people were doing this in spring

It does heal the Warden but ever so slightly, so it isn’t that bad
hes an undead mob so he should be hurted by healing potions not healed

This just shows how easy mobs are to kill in Minecraft. The Warden and Wither are the only ones that take skill honestly

Even the wither can be cheesed by spawning it in a strip mine tunnel, or if wild, killed with 6 well placed end crystals. Warden can be taken out with 7-8 end crystals while you stand in a two block hole
@@waveluke5390bedrock wither is built different (it's a pain to kill even with a bow cuz that thing always flies away and deals constant massive damage unlike java wither that you can trap easily it also can ram into you and drop alot of blocks that can make you lag)
@@waveluke5390 The devs need to make an update where killing hard mobs actually takes skill, because unfortuntely even the boss / tanked mobs have methods which can take them out pretty easily (ender dragon with spamming beds, iron golem with 3 block tower)

I'm here because I was looting the ancient city with my friend for the first time clearing out those sensor blocks, then tried to mine out the 4 white pillars block, and gave off soundwaves. Shortly after, I heard the warden coming out of the ground, blinded, slowly turned around and then I saw him and said "Um, hi?" And I just ran off and got bitch slapped by the Warden as my friend watched in fear lol. 😂
I was wearing iron armor btw, didn't help at all. I was able to retrieve my item before another warden spawned, luckily I escaped before he could use the sonic boom.

500 hearts

Eat an enchanted golden Apple before the fight and go with totem in left hand. That should negate the time spent on healing potions.
When you die, totem removes all status effects
Shield is a way better option as the person above me said, when you die with a totem all your status effects are removed (strength and speed and maybe regen). So even though it will give you a second chance to live, you'll most likely die before you kill it, well, unless you're carrying more strength potions

Just scored about 12.5 seconds warden kill by throwing a slowness 4 potion at it. Was able to mand crits at max possible rate and it only sonic boom'd me once. Didn't think that strat would be so effective
Scored 11:8 seconds now as I was able to kill it right as the first sonic boom landed

Healing harms undead and harming heals them but I'm pretty sure that's it
Would it be possible to kill the warden with a single arrow? I know arrows are supposed to scale with their speed, so a giant tnt cannon should be able to do the trick right?
I just arrowed from a high place and forced it into lava so it would move slowly. Great job.

What pack do you use so your sword is on that position sort of floating? I really wanna know
I'm pretty sure he made it himself seeing as he never answered anyone about the pack name. It looks to be a variant of the faithful texture pack with slight modification (removing the darkness effect so viewers can see the fight and adding warden healthbar). Let me know if I'm wrong and you find it though, I want it too.
Best tools for beating the warden:
Fully enchanted prot 4 netherite armor
A sharp 5 sword
(smite no longer works on warden, axe crits would be nerfed and inconsistent due to turtle master)
Golden carrots
Golden apples(obviously notch apples are better)
Turtle master 4 potion
Strength 2 potion
Swiftness 2 potion
Healing potion
2 beacons with haste II and regen
Oh and a totem of undying …. 😅
Edit: + enderpearls if you suck at PVP and need to dip

@@Shreyaan.You can literally get everything by day 3, even 1 if you're really good at the game and/or play in some predetermined seed that gives you a good headstart.
speed is unnecessary, because there's no point in running since the point of turtle master in this scenario would be to eat through the wardens attacks.

just did it myself. didnt time it but i added some additional optimizations (haste 2 beacon, hitboxes enabled for better hit consistency, weakness potion on warden)
Since I never saw a fight against him I am still gotta say he is tougher than I thought he would be
I'd say tougher than the wither. Wither is mostly annoying because of that ability to fly, however its damage output is nowhere near as threatening

Mojang should've let me been in charge of the warden's combat ability because I would've really made the warden fit the idea of "run not fight" I would make the warden so unbelievably op that fighting it no longer becomes an idea.

With resistance 4, you only take 20% of the damage that went through your armor... plus it's the only way of shielding yourself vs the sonic boom
