by the way, as a greek, even 700 would be too high. Keep in mind that the basic salary here is around 600€ at best. But alas , i LOVE LOVE LOVE all the plant babies, youve made the place beautiful.
@@frogg7796 yes! I know. Crazy really. But it is what it is and we are here now, when it was raised it would have cost more to move and find somewhere as good for less.. thank you very much ❤️
i enjoyed this video so much! the authenticity and rawness was something so different from mainstream influencers and i value that on another level. i admire your vibe, keep doing what you’re doing 🫶🏼
This is my first time running across your UA-cam channel. I’m an American, and honestly, when you said you live in Athens…Greece obviously, my mind processed Athens, Georgia here in the states. 😂. I like your artwork, the PLANTSSS, your “not a Smeg” fridge, the awesome balcony and view. Just splendid!
Such a beautiful home. I like all the natural light you are getting plus the big balcony. I live in Athens too and only dream to have a home like yours. I hope you are not melting away in this heat. Cheers!
@@dearanjes oh hey! Thank you! Ha, trying our best not to.. I hope the same for you. It gets super hot at ours with the aspect and all the open sides! there are always swings and roundabouts to every spot you find!
Great stuff - I'm from Athens as well. It's great we have people like you around. Love the furniture, the old ones are also a lot better than IKEA stuff. I would also suggest Vendora for second hand furniture (a lot less scam going on there). Nothing beats the second hand market in the UK though, this is a mentality all Europe should focus on building. Keep it up!
Comfy spare bedroom and that wardrobe is just the perfect space for my clothes. I’ll see you soon. Ha ha just kidding. Such a lovely Home and those plants are to die for!
We have on-demand hot water because we installed a solar panel (for the water tank only) on our roof! Not sure if it’s something you already considered!
Thank you for sharing your apartment tour! :) I think we pretty much have the exact same style :D I understand why you don't love the dining room and I was wondering if it might be because of the amount of glass. 2 glass doors, one big window/balcony door surrounding the glass table. Maybe a wooden table would do the job and you could maybe change the room into an actual office that you can sometimes change into a dining room if you have guests over. Or do you use it to eat there on a daily basis? I also love reading about feng shui tips, don't take it too seriously but often find it inspiring ;) Best wishes from Germany. Used to work in the Athens City Circus Ho(s)tel, which is a very nice place to visit! ;)
Yeah it's a bit of a tricky space... we use it for both almost equally, so it needs to be set up for both. Definitely a more sturdy table, I was thinking steel? As the wooden floors might then be too much with wood. A rug for sure although I assume I'd then be cleaning it every day 😂 good points tho, thank you!!
@@isabelgeorginataylor True, it would be a lot of wood then. There's a desk/table by Egon Eiermann, that has a steel frame and a linoleum tabletop. It is actually really nice to work at because it's kind of soft. Expensive though, but you seem good at finding affordable stuff ;)

Amazing plant collection (and love the all propagations you have going)! Care to reveal your plant shop spots to a fellow Athenian? :)
@@tr463 thank you! I get most of them from a little shop halfway up Panormou on the left if coming from Alexandras :)

I’m shocked 950 euros is a lot? Thats like 1050 US dollars and for that space, that’s great. I’d like damn great in Athens lol.
