  • Harris Boric Acid Roach Killer Powder with Lure creates a barrier through which cockroaches and other insects must crawl. Puff a light dusting of powder in areas such as behind refrigerators, along baseboards and in cracks and crevices where roaches have been seen. The powder contains a lure that roaches will seek out. Take measures to ensure that the powder is kept dry in order to remain effective.
Boric Acid works by interfering with the roach's digestive system. In addition, the powder will cling to the outside of the roach, helping to kill other roaches when the affected roach returns to the colony. The powder is fast acting; insects coming into contact with the boric acid will die within 72 hours.

Is it safe to use it while there is someone in home or should we leave the house after applying the product

@@eidoov from my understanding you just need to keep away from children and pets so I guess they don’t eat it or put in there eyes or mouth. I’ve seen lots of people use it continue there activities

Sticky mouse traps are really good for pest control. I honestly get them more for the occasional roach than I do mice. It’s so simple and effective. They just lay there and can’t lay their eggs or anything. Very, very effective.

I had roaches in 4 diff areas at my house, I mixed 1/2 boric and 1/2 sugar(make a paste with water) for the 1st week, and 2 out of 4 areas, roaches disappeared, and on the 2nd week I used peanut butter 3/4, and 1/4 boric, and then I never saw them again. You can put the solutions on paper/tapes whatever is easier.

I will try peanut butter. I notice roaches avoiding glue traps and any product with glucose, meaning they've developed a glucose aversion (google), which grants them immunity to pretty much every bait. It's impossible to find a fructose non-glucose bait. Glucose is cheap so that's why everything "fructose" is like 50% glucose. Peanut butter or greasy things just might be the right thing to mix this stuff with.

You overapplied it and roaches will walk around it instead of over it!

They demonstrating how they want people to use it, so that they have to buy more and more before the problem goes away, instead of how they're supposed to use it. The spout on the container isn't really designed well for using the correct amount either. You really need a proper puffer style container to spread it thin.
