I used an oven because unable to find a microwave safe pan. I heated it with 200C on a water bath, check every 5 minutes for the colour and done at around 30 minutes. It turned out nice and almost perfect.
I made it for the first time, gosh.. it was super delicious.. my family enjoyed it to the core.. I made it in OTG at 180° for 55mins .. thankyou so much for such an amazing recipe ♥️

If your microwave works even like a convection traditional electric oven, you need to preheat it. I don't know your type of oven, you need to accord the cooking time and method according to your kind of oven. Hello Meharin and welcome here! You have to make the math proportion for every ingredient. Example for finding the sugar amount: 110:420=X:360 sugar is 94 grams. Other example for the whipping cream: 120:420=X:360 whipping cream is 102 ml. You have to make that for every ingredient. Let me know how it turns out! Much love

What is the point of microwaving the cheesecake batter or heating it in the oven ? Why not directly freeze it ?
Hello Mahak and welcome here! This cheesecake is not a no-bake: if you just freeze it, the cake will turn out hard like a stone. If you refrigerate it, it will be too runny to cut in slices. Taste and consistency are different than a no-bake cheesecake. The overnight refrigerating time is not needuful as I've written in the infobox; I prefer waiting because I think that cheesecakes taste much better the day after, but you can just cool down at room temperature, refrigerate for about 1 hour to set perfectly and serve it ;) let me know if you try it!
