      Hi Gina! Here in Italy Lotus products are pretty rare, I think that if you can find Lotus Biscoff cookies there, you can find the spread version too!

    Ciao Valentina another delicious dessert we love cheesecake it’s one of my oldest daughter favorite dessert I’ve never heard of these cookies before or the spread from the way you described the flavor of the cookies sounds really yummy 😋 hope all is well my friend always injoy watching take care

      @@HowTasty I will try to do it, but the Biscoff cream and the biscuits are a bit expensive here. I have to find them when they are at a lower price. But when I get to do it, you will know. ❤️

      @@vitormopinto1987 I understand you, here in Italy we can't find Lotus products, I bought the cookies and the spread in a shop that sell only imported treats and they were pretty expensive!

    Looks so yummy! Going to try this just plant-based and with some agar-agar as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the IGF-1 in dairy and gelatine. Thanks for posting

      Glad you like it! If you use agar agar I suggest to reduce a bit the amount because it gives ticker texture than gelatine. Let me know how it turns out! Much love

    It looks so beautiful - I love biscoff! Actually I made some biscoff delight macarons yesterday, basically chocolate Macarons filled with biscoff and white chocolate! Where did you get your acetate sheet for the sides of the cheesecake?

    Ciao Valentina, Come Stai. I've seen those cookies here. Do they make other products or cookies.? Could you add the gelatin into the cream cheese mix and then just fold in the whipped cream.? Or would the gelatin start to set up.? Do they make a chunky Nutella with bits of Hazel nuts in the spread.? Ti Amo Amica Mio, Dio Ti Benedica 🇺🇸✝️🇮🇹📖✌️💞🙏🥀😘

      Ciao Edward! I think they make other products, but I'm not sure because we can't find Lotus products here in Italy. I bought those cookies and spread in a shop that sell only imported treats. Gelatine starts to set up in refrigerator, not at room temperature, so you can try to add gelatine mix into the cream cheese mix. No, here Nutella doesn't make that kind of spread, but we have Pan Di Stelle spread that is a hazelnut spread with chocolate cookies chunks in it. Pan di Stelle in Italy are popular chocolate cookies.

    What is the purpose of the gelatin in the filling as I have come across a similar recipe that' uses only cream cheese,biscoff spread and whipped cream without any gelatin being added

      Mostly if you live in a hot climate and you don’t use gelatin, the cake doesn’t keep its shape when you remove it from the fridge and its texture becomes spoonable quickly. Thanks to gelatin, the cake will keep its shape and texture stable.

    After pouring hot water on the gelatin, doest it need to be cold first?

    Is gelatin mandatory? Can I skip gelatin?

      You have to store it in refrigerator for up to 5 days, not at room temperature! It can stay at room temperature just for very few hours (it depends on your climate: in a very hot climate, less than 1 hour).
