Thanks for posting! I went through the same confusion and was pleased to find this video. I didn't like the medium eartips because they made an airtight seal in my ear canal. Even though they are probably meant to be used that way, I find it very uncomfortable. Now I'm happier with the small eartips.

Maybe you can ask some local dealers to get you a smaller one.. or you can just use over the ear headphones.
