I also thought that it was good to be true until I started to use Flowlu. As I'm just a startup, I don't have a budget for multiple platforms, so for CRM, I decided to stop at a free one. Flowlu has paid subscriptions, but a free one has all the CRM basics, even automations and unlimited contacts.
Scott, as usual another true gem. You failed to mention (was that deliberate) that not only is "bigin crm" for Windows but if you have an Android or iOS device/devices they have integrations for these (aswell). Perhaps, on this one, go one stage further, and make a PDQ video on this to encourage your 'tribe' to seriously look at BIGIN CRM. As usual... Thanks so very very much for your insights
Thanks for your comments, Harry. Just to be clear, Bigin is not just for Windows users, it is a web app as well (as shown in the video). But yes, they do have great mobile apps as well. Thanks again for the suggestion!
If you’re ok with spending $99/m look no further than highlevel. Trust me, for the price it is the best option. There is practically not a single thing you can accomplish with it, especially if you decide to intergrate with zapier. It’s all you need.
Too complicated for those I advise. Was hopeful when I clicked on. Need a simple CRM with routing ability and group individuals with their company. Email and texting capabilities. I teach one person shear sharpeners who call on stylists and groomers. Anyone out there using a program they like?
Sorry but it ain't worth to start using software or application at this point of time in which we are near the end game of Normal Software. Excel might be outdated but with AI entering the market. it would be more powerful than any high end software out there. the biggest problem of software is the "learning curve" it is hard to design a software that people could use with very short learning curve. But AI will change that. nobody doesn't know how to use chat interface. everyone is so used to it. I can predict that most paid CRM today will adjust and become FREE plan. and the paid plan will be an AI integration

Just now I thinking of searching for CRM and this Video appeared in youtube homepage
So glad that you found it at the right time (that's what I was thinking) 😁
Is there a free crm that integrates with google voice, to call and text and offers Voice mail drop integration as well as email drip campaigns?
Sadly Google Voice doesn't have integrating APIs at this moment. So that's probably a no.

Is there an erp system for small business, clothing boutiques?
Actually using a excel spreadsheet is better then going on wild chess of best CRM or ERP software.
does it allow email sequencing?
I when to Zoho and I don’t see no plan for $0,$7 etc CRM starting at $20. +
Hi Ted. Bigin is developed by Zoho CRM but has it's own website: www.bigin.com/

Sorry wrong company
There is no free CMR Software! And none of these sofwares is worth a dime!
This CRM actually is free for a single user. Even the paid plan is only $10/m/seat
That being said highlevel is tough to beat for only $99/m
If it is not installed on my computer, I don't trust it.
