I love the design, maybe in the kitchen area there could be more light, but otherwise everything is well thought of especially the window sitting, so cozy for reading on rainy afternoons 😊

Das ist ein schönes trigonales Haus mit rautenförmigen Mustern. Sowohl der Rhombus im Obergeschoss als auch die trigonalen Schlafzimmer und das geborgene Arbeitszimmer im Untergeschoss sehen hervorragend aus. In der Tat kann man darin sehr angenehm und sehr bequem wohnen. ⭐💎⭐💎⭐💎⭐💎⭐💎

I'm loving this design. I could almost move in as is, but, ...I'd have to make a few changes. I understand that it's supposed to be a smaller compact house but, the hallways and especially the stairs are too narrow. I'm thinking about how you would move furniture around. I still love it though.
Oh, but not liking the upstairs trampoline looking thing on the floor. I'd be terrified I'd fall through.

Great start. You need a solution for the water coming off the roofs and into the doors/ sills.
Yes - and a solution for outside shades in the windows.
Some can maybe run/open from the underside, if it's possible to work against gravity.
Outside shading is important for less sun heat getting inside.
Some solar on the big roof might be a nice touch too.
I am glad I wasn't the only one to notice that the rain would be channeled right to the entrance.

For 3D modelling, we use Revit.
Furniture models: 3Ds Max.
Rendering & Animation: D5 Render.
Maybe do a follow-up video on the actual build of this home as it will be very interesting to see how the builder overcome some of the challenges of this design. All in all a nice rendering, but would have rather seen an actual build home vs digital image.

Nice design but the dark wood makes it feel smaller and confined. Get ride of the dark wood and it will make it seem more spacious.

My dad built 1970's A-frame cottage and about 2019-2020 someone copied it and earned lots of money, and some were truly exact copies about it. I say those kind of people are low-lives and disqusting.
And the other that they are all dark, the third that they look filthy before they are built (virtual scetch) and especially after they built them.
Some people just don't have any morals etc 🙁

Wouldn't that design direct all the rain and snow to the front door? Looks amazing, but seems like a design flaw to me.
I didn't notice a cooktop in the kitchen, was one excluded? Is a dishwasher included in the design? I saw what appears to be a wall oven and microwave combo, and a refrigerator/freezer, and a kitchen sink. Is that the limits of the kitchen amenities / appliances?

Stunning indeed but a maintenance menu without end. A varuety of animals including snakes will seek shelter under it and setup hkme digging burrows under it like they own the place. Water, sun, wind, freezing, expansion & contraction plus shifting & settling of the structure will all take their tole & all but destroy caulking and the finishes of metal and wood. Gone thru this my whole life with any structure I have owned and seen others do the same -- even high rise casino/hotel owners. No matter what you design, build & maintain it just becomes a pair of weathered shoes. Enjoy the designing, planning, building & decorating -- seeing it come into being. Maybe spruce it up & sell it when the "shoes" become too worn and start over with a new project.

The crawl space underneath the house will highly depend on the location and region of the house.
As for the challenges, we are faced with multiple challenges with every design from conception to construction, and we find creative ways to solve them that could be satisfactory to all parties involved 😊
A few little tweaks would make it perfect for our retirement home.

Sure! To be perfect for us and our lifestyle, bedroom 2 would become a walk-through closet -perhaps shrunk slightly - which would make bath 2, the new ensuite bathroom, slightly larger. The tub would be changed to a walk-in tub and I would try to find space for a full-height shower to save hubby’s back. 😅 Bath 1 would be changed from an ensuite to a hall bath.
The second - and slightly more ambitious - tweak would be to push the laundry room out (basically creating another identically sized space right behind the existing laundry room. The laundry would be in the new outer space and a walk-in pantry would be in the space that the laundry previously occupied. The back deck would need to be increased - I like it across the entire back of the house - which would accommodate a detached garage being built beside the deck. This would make loading groceries into the house a little easier. Because we love to cook and make pretty much everything from scratch, kitchen storage is a priority to us.
The final tweak that I would need is to install a stair lift to get to the mezzanine level as I am in a wheelchair. That would make a spectacular craft room, and a chair lift should do the trick. If it is not possible, I would imagine that would be a favourite place for grandchildren to sleep when they visit. LOL
We want to have a lifestyle that we can maintain throughout our entire retirement, and those little changes would make it work for us.

How do you shade the windows to block the sun if you need to? If, for example, the sun is making the house too warm.
How do you get fresh air into the house? It does not look like the diamond or triangle widows are designed to open.
All windows are fixed except the top triangle window which can open up words as u can notice the handle …
As for the shade all the bedrooms are provided with curtains, But for the living areas this design is intended for colder climates. 🦋

I see a chimney on the roof but no fireplace on the inside.? How do you close the drapes with angled windows/roof? Are going to bump your head on the wall when you sit down in the front room? It looks like a tight fit in the shower.

very nice house but how do people keep such houses clean...i dont think u can even clean the dust yourself
We keep doing this type of videos because we know people know how to clean it.. if u want to build an A frame house, you should know how to clean it. ☺️🙏🏻

The bathtubs flat don't work for showering or for getting into it out of the tub. There must be kick outs of something.
