Great video of a lovely aircraft, you didn't go mad on weathering missiles as (when fitted to an aircraft) they only do 3 or so flights and then get sent back to the bomb dump for the 'fairies' to service them before they are fit for flight again. A few red streaks of weathering in gear bays , engines bays or near moving surfaces would make it look like hydraulic oil has spilt or leaked as it looks like ribena but smells worse. Fluids are checked BF and AF and those panels are removed constantly, finished model looks gorgeous and i hope you enjoy Telford.

A bit of an update on my current build. Luckily I managed to get my hands on the big set which I'm using, more detail than the other set. Going to display the jet with folded nose and completely exposed engine. Wish my luck 😊
Beautiful model but I can't believe you've left off one of the Bucc's pioneering features - the external fuel tanks! Prevailing wisdom was to use simple stamped external tanks (think Hunter) and drop them when empty. The Bucc had much more aerodynamic tanks which would not normally be dropped except in emergency - even so they gave the Bucc longer range at less long-term cost than single-use tanks would. The Bucc's engineers won an argument with Sir Sydney Camm about this :D only solution is to build a third Buccaneer with the tanks… does anyone do a 1/32 version?
Thank you very much! Ah dammit!! I knew something was missing off of this but I couldn’t put my finger on it! I am pretty sure someone does a resin edition of the 1/32 bucc but I think I will wait until Airfix do one🤣 thanks for the comment!✌🏼
Nice build but... (apologies in advance if this comes across as too critical) maybe a few parts needed a bit more of a clean up (eg that belly plate at 11:21) & a few seams could have been better. A rub over of the surfaces with a very fine grit (1,500/2,000) sanding sponge would have sorted out the "dust" particles. I've never used SMS paints but 28psi seems very high. Yes, you need a better camera - or some colour correction in post.
I don't think changing the filming setup is worth it just for color correction, rather I think you should look into doing so in post. Unfortunately I have no advice for this, but I'm sure there's someone on UA-cam who could. That being said, I still think the content is amazing as it is, and this is a last 1% kind of thing.
Thank you very much! I’m definitely going to look into upgrading the setup and stuff in the future so fingers crossed we can get that 1% in the new year🤙🏻😁

Haha sorry! I just wear the gloves sometimes to try not to put fingerprints into the plastic🤣✌🏼
The Bucc's engineers won an argument with Sir Sydney Camm about this :D
only solution is to build a third Buccaneer with the tanks… does anyone do a 1/32 version?
Any idea why there is no seat pan handle with the kit seats?
Honestly not too sure? Maybe it would get in the way of having the pilots in there?🧐
Amazing modelling but please go down a Glove size ! 😊
Thank you! They were the only one in stock! I’ve just given up using them now🤣🤣
Great build. I just wish Airfix would back off on the trench deep panel lines.
Thank you very much! Luckily mine aren’t so deep in the end as I went a little too hard on the varnish and it filled a lot of them in😁🤣
Mach Models you are good at building Models and painting models aircraft my friend
Thank you very much bud!✌🏼
I don't think changing the filming setup is worth it just for color correction, rather I think you should look into doing so in post. Unfortunately I have no advice for this, but I'm sure there's someone on UA-cam who could. That being said, I still think the content is amazing as it is, and this is a last 1% kind of thing.
Thank you very much! I’m definitely going to look into upgrading the setup and stuff in the future so fingers crossed we can get that 1% in the new year🤙🏻😁
Mach Models my hobbies are painting pictures 🖼 and listening to shortwave and ssb iam thinking 🤔 about getting my ham license
Oooo what pictures do you paint?

Annoyingly good. ❤ I find as I get older, plain jealousy and sometimes schadenfreude are aspects of life to be embraced. 😊 my only niggle, no weathering on the undercarriage ? 😮
