Where can I get the brown rice to buy in the states
Sorry I am from London 🇬🇧
Can I use the jasmine brown rice sold in the Asian shops in place of our local rice? Looks so good
I think the raw red rice is better. U get it from asian shops too
The Asians have some red rice that works great. Next time I go to mine, i will take photos
Where can i get some of the rice. Im in the us
Am a Knust student n I try this with Shea butter in my hostel @ayeduase
How did it come out
@@selasieafesi6380 it came out great. Just use a reasonable amount of Shea butter for the kwenkwen. Make sure u have enough herrings without the bones (I get the dry ones from the market n I strip it long cos I want to see n chew the herrings lol 😂. Use calabash to cut the rice to remove all the stones n debris. Is lot of work but worth it
Thank you dear. I've made it with shea butter many times and mentioned in the video as well. Remember that I don't live in Ghana so I can only use what is available to me at any given time🙏🏾
@@KwankyewaasKitchen oh OK. Great 😘

My pleasure dear. The kwankwan rice has this unique aroma and flavor that will be missing but it will definitely taste great.
