Being back in college and looking to attend Law School, I understand that my Character and Fitness issue of a conviction for Misdemeanor Fraud a few years back may be an uphill climb, but it's great to hear that there are schools that don't ask about arrests which didn't result in charges because God did I have a streak of "Matching the Description" that has put a damper on certain jobs

Great points. I as well see the point in not over acting an explanation.

I will be applying to law school this cycle, and hope to attend fall of 2023. Is this something one should address in an addendum? Or , is there a designated spot in the application that’s asks about particular past offenses?

what if I don't have any misconduct in my past, should I make something up to appear edgy and exciting? Like a TV lawyer

No. These are only for people who will have to report these incidents to the Bar, as she discussed. When your application is submitted to the Bar, it is an official document submitted to a state court. This is reporting facts, not a work of fiction.

Never. Can you realize the consequences lol. Now you will have to explain why you felt the need to lie. Then you are now at edge really trying to find a good explanation while the counterpart is now seeing a lier. There was no need for this situation to begin with. Perfect example where think before we speak comes in.

Can you imagine the consequence I meant. And there you go.

How serious of an issue do you think stealing candy when you were 12 years old be for your application cycle?
