No. These are only for people who will have to report these incidents to the Bar, as she discussed. When your application is submitted to the Bar, it is an official document submitted to a state court. This is reporting facts, not a work of fiction.

Then you are now at edge really trying to find a good explanation while the counterpart is now seeing a lier. There was no need for this situation to begin with.
