I dont know why TCL tvs are expensive in pakistan. Same model C815 is around 600 riyals higher in Pakistan than Saudi Arabia. Regardless 15 % VAT is also charged in Saudi.
One thing to note that this is not a 10bit panel meaning the colors won't be true 1 billion and the brightness is only at 500 nits. Point to note if you're a movie watcher (4k 10bit HDR) and want to play true HDR games.
TCL might be good, but honestly ye foreign countries k unpopular, "thakkay hoye" brands hain which market themselves aggressively in developing countries like Pakistan and capture their markets.. no one beats Sony, Samsung and LG smart TVs.. foreign countries main stores are full of these big brands and brands like TCL hotay bhi nahi hain... if you can afford, go for Sony, Samsung or LG and you will not regret it!

I bought a TCL in 2018. It was a LED 4K top of the line 55” TV. Colors were beautiful. It cost less then Sony/Samsung of the same caliber. Exactly 2 years later it just died. Called TLC they told me it’s out of warranty. So yeah. Bought Samsung. No more TCL for me.

I miss dolby surround sound. I had it in our plasma samsung tv, then we changed it to LED smart-tv from changhong ruba. If the need arise, i'll try TCL but it won't be for another 3-4 years.
The basic things if you are genuinely interested in buying a TV is first study about its processes, TCL has shit processors. Second study the how the TV AI works with imaging. Third see if you want OLED or simple LED. I don't prefer QLED but again it's your fee will. Bigger size is better but the budget goes extremely high. 4K is obviously must but do some research on how the TV handles different things like Netflix, Cinema movies and games. Does it have a HDMI 2.1 or do you even need a 48GB transfer rate HDMI in first place. Is it 120Hz at 4K or 1080p. If it's oled does have screen burn in issues. Pixel contrast booster etc is what you need to look into, that's what you get when you research. Going to a shop and saying TCL is noob and shows you just saw how TCL works. Honestly it's dissapointing. Also Netflix is subscription and it doesn't require HDMI also chrome cast is built in most YVs these days so again you don't need that as well One last thing pannel has useless agar processor backwas ho. This is why SONY Nad LG have different displays despite using the same OLED pannel.

My tips would be go for 50 inch because 50 sasta part ha don't think of 60 or anything higher than 50 literally price ma kafi farq aa ja ta ha. Secondly I highly recommend OLED but OLED bahat expensive hota ha like 3lak or above. So I would suggest go for LED, QLED bhi fit ha but it's little expensive since it uses additional layers than a Led. However QLED is very bright which I don't like so I would say LED sahi ha if you want budget. I would personally recommend SONY X90H 50 inch LED but again do some research according to your budget. I will suggest you some UA-cam channels like Digital Trends, HDTVTest and Quantum TV that might help you. Also do Google search on best stores in your city from where you can buy tv because lit8that matters wara chuna lagta ha.

My Sony 60" Led which cost more than 2lac rupess f****d up within 1.5 years so no warranty left and sold for only 25k lol, now i own 65" tcl led almost more than two years and it's working perfectly fine. I am getting Xbox Series X and PS5 soon but my led support upto 60hz so nor more 120fps but i can live with that.
