Your keg is most likely a nail keg. I remember as a kid my dad and granddad getting their nails delivered for a house they were building in a wooden keg. When it was empty they broke it down and burned it in the stove. I still have one keg from way back then, as well as the woodstove.
I like how they used what they have on hand that's how we did our trailer lots of stuff from yard sales and what we already had just made do very well done Gary and Teresa 😊
