Small displacement motorcycles were so much faster and more exciting back in the 2-stroke days. It's amazing that a tiny 125cc 2-stroke from 1992 like the RG125 hits 106 mph (indicated). Nowadays you won't even hit those speeds with a stock 300, like the Ninja 300 which is just barely able to push past 100 mph. The Ninja 400 will hit 110+ so you essentially need a modern 400 class bike to beat a 30 year old 125cc 2-stroke as far as top speed is concerned.
@@noimnotarobotcanubeleiveit7024 what about the RG80? Is there a wire on that i can cut? Nobody seems to know anything about my bike .i think maybe theres ony a couple in existence
from Japan! your motorcycle is so excellent! I heard RG125 for oversea has 31 HP. And although my WOLF200 has 35 HP, top speed is only 150 Km. Do you customize anything?
Whooaahh!!! You have Wolf 200?? Me too, in the UK 6/2020. The only one in the UK I think unless anyone knows any different. We should talk but...Japan.. :( He has a fairing which helps. Naked bikes are never as fast. Should be good for 160 though.
D NY Really!? great!! WOLF 200 is best motorcycle ever, isn't it!? Maybe we are only owner of this bike because I have never seen same one in Japan XD I will upload the video about my bike and let's talk there!
I don't think there was a European model but the 88-91 RG125 had 25 bhp, the 92 onwards 22. I don't know why I'm afraid. 35 bhp should get you to 160 kph, but slowly! LOL. My Goldstar Clubman 350 was good for 100mph naked.. 37bhp.

Just only the GSX-R 150 from the 4 strokers bikes can compite with the RG125. The first can also race to 170km\h as well.
