For me, this game changer was the curing in between steps so that you don't mess up what you've done and the fact that the structure was done before the painting and both colors on one brush was amazing

Prefect shape nail… like you said getting closer to competition nails finishing our nails with a hand file is so important a lot of the new nail techs have no idea how to use a nail file correct at least my nail techs that I’ve used in the past no one touches my nails anymore but myself lol

I had an absolute darling nail tech hes name was Kenny he was Vietnamese and was very loud and proud 🌈 I swear I used to scrutinise he’s nails 💅 with a iPhone magnifier and he never ever made a mistake he’s nails were perfect like yours he was awesome and so are you 🥰✌️
I haven’t done nails in 12yrs Power to work in the table for 18 years so this is a great explanation on how to get my sidewalls perfect again the way you explain it was perfect I picked on earlier but I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right now I can really see it picture clear thank you so much!!!!

I swear between the side ledge.. tip and keeping the tip of your brush in front of the acrylic while doing cuticle and free edge increased the wattage on my inner light bulb💡from 60 to 100! Ever time I watch and practice I get better and quicker.. Thanks Greg!

I did this about a month ago with gel polish; it wasn't too bad. However, using gel paints seem much quicker and easier. Then again, Greg makes everything look easy. I can't wait to try it with the gel paint instead. Thanks for sharing!

I have a question On your website, your powders are either "core" or "cover" what is the difference between the two & do you have to encapsulate either? Thanks so much!
Core powders begin to set in 90 seconds and cover in 75 seconds. Cover powders are also all opaque so they completely cover the nails. Neither needs to be encapsulated.
When using a file to perfect the finish, how many usage can we use the nail file? I think in one of the real time video said 1 file for each set…. How do you know when a nail file is dull?
You would need to check with your state board as to whether you can reuse files. If we were working on a client it would be a new file for each one. For the trainer hand, we can reuse them because it is not real.

It may be possible to do with polish but because of the layering and blending, we recommend using gel polish or gel paints so you have enough time to blend your product without it drying too quickly.
