Holy Cow! $845.00 for lot rent! OUCH!!!! Are there other fees? What do you get for the $845.00? The home is lovely I would totally buy that but Good Grief I can't afford that lot rent. I'm guessing they raise the rent every year so withing 2 years you're going to be paying over $1,000. a month for lot rent. I'll pass. Way too much for that tiny space, you can stick your head out the window and kiss your neighbor the houses are so close together. Privacy? With the neighbors bedroom windows 2 feet from your little back alley table. How much is water? The orange trees are great but if you have to spend a fortune watering them then they're not so great. I couldn't see the mountains you were talking about if anything it's an obstructed view not worth mentioning.
