I feel the same way about 2023 topps chrome grades that the psa graders are handing out. Your Harris is probably perfect and still got a 9. I had a handful that just got graded and there are some head scratchers in mine also, including a psa 7 on the one i thought was the best in the batch.

BTW, you should probably keep that Bobby 91 variant, that’s only going to continue to gain value.
Oh I plan to. I have the 1991 variant in a PSA 10 as well. Stadium Club is one of my most favorite releases.

The Josue De Paula is off center. You'll probably waste money cracking and resubbing. Solid card even in a 9.
