hey, as someone whod like to play drums in a genre and setting like this one day, how do you write drum parts like this and remember them for shows, let alone play them clean at those shows? seems impossible to me
I don't play this genre specifically but man it's not really so much about conscious remembering, but rather about muscle memory and repetition. You'll eventually play the same drum parts every time.
The clarity in your mixes is unbelievable. You can hear every individual cymbal perfectly. Please keep these coming, they're so good!
