Hey Alex. First I hope you and your family are staying safe. I forget what part of the country you’re in, but it doesn’t seem to matter anymore. Hope the kids are doing well with, presumably, their home learning. As for this review, it was very, very useful. I have been hesitant to purchase this set, but this helps the decision. I may still wait to see if it goes on sale,but I’m much more eager to purchase this. Take care.

I wish that LEGO would make a limited edition Bullitt Mustang, but I guess a movie like that wouldn't be appropriate for the brand... then again they did a James Bond Car.
you mean the 1x4 piece right?? I did have this issue indeed - taking it off altogether completely solved it for me. Will take it apart soon to see if I can put it back without the issue popping up
Petes Treats not a massive bond fan but a huge fan of DB5 and just felt like they didn’t get the shapes right. I just don’t see and immediately say that’s a DB5. Too square? Not sure

I feel the db5 isnt as instantly recognizable in comparison to the ucs mustang.

Hey did you also have an issue with the blue 2x4 piece (in the ejector seat mechanism) which constantly comes off everytime you use the function?
I don't recall an issue like this. I will have too peek at it to see if it is loose or off.
