just got this printer and it came with extra stuff, as well as no instructions on how to level it. i now have a hole in the middle of my board due to the head

My base won't move smoothly and the print head won't move smoothly either
make sure the voltage is correctly set in the board or by the voltage switch on the side whatever country you're in 110V for US 220 EU etc..
How can i print from laptop via usb? i instaled and conected the printer but i dont see any option tot send to printer.Can You please help me.
I have ordered mine but after watching many many reviews I have come to the conclusion your flexible plate is not adequate. It needs a better build surface such as glass and a BL Touch sensor which works with any surface.
Hey, it's working... Well at the moment. However when I took it out of the box, set it up, and set it to auto level, the print head crashed into the board. It took about three hours to troubleshoot, and... The print surface is now gouged in the corner.
I am unaware as to the factory calibration standard that is done before shipping. Someome may want to double check how that is being done.
I have the same problem. Ruined print surface not really much help out there. Considering returning the printer
@@billermanthegreat you need to run hand level first, then set the Z Offset and then properly set the auto level and no more gouging of the print bed lol

I own an ender 3 pro and the tronxy seems like an upgrade.
Just what I am thinking. It looks so much like an Ender 3 Pro (which I have too) with all the extras I would lilke to add. Well, except the all-metal extruder that I believe both need for printing PETG.
@@Ragnemalm this has the all-metal hotend capable of printing PETG I do it almost daily...
@@yourtubernoob Good news! My Ender does PETG well with the standard hotend but an all-metal one gives more options and margins.

This printer just crashes over and over. Won't level. Won't print. Waste of time
So So Sad to see so many disgruntled amateurs who cant troubleshoot proper logical means of how things operate or follow a very simple and laid out manual and try blaming it on manufacturers when in all reality its completely user error and ignorance. Looks like 3D printing isn't for you bud sorry...
@@yourtubernoob And you are the allmighty 3D Printer God? Have you noticed, that the Printhead is smashing against the Bed brackets nearly every time you autolevel? I would not blame everything to the customer. Give the people help or just say nothing. You are the last person who has to say who can use an 3D Printer and who not. Keep it on an technical basis.

Why would you continue doing something that wasn't going to work if you never changed the variables? you just had hopes and dreams of it just "Fixing" itself with magical fairy dust or what? DO as I said up top and your problems will be fixed!
