Kristoffer Helle - Twin Peaks - Dance of the Dream Man - Bass

Twin Peaks is my favorite TV-show. I’d even go so far to say it’s my favorite piece of art. David Lynch and Mark Frost created something amazing.
When I saw Twin Peaks for the first time I realized that music is part of something bigger. Somehow all art is tied together and it creates a bigger picture. What would Twin Peaks be without the music of Angelo Badalamenti? Not the same, that’s for sure.
With Twin Peaks it’s not just the story that’s being told. It is the characters, imagery, music, emotions and much more that comes together and makes a brilliant piece of art. When Twin Peaks, the Return came out in 2017 I was completely blown away. It was just as good as the original series. It’s not often these days I feel like that. I rarely get excited for anything new anymore.
I pretty much play this as it is. I usually don’t play this kind of music so I don’t really feel comfortable to go out on any adventures on the neck. It might ruin the feel of the song as well.
I really wish Twin Peaks will return once again. It’s really time for David Lynch to go dreamy at least once more!
