Oh yes! I always look forward to your gingerbread houses and this one already looks phenomenal just from the thumbnail! I can't wait to see you pull this off.
And having watched it through, pausing to look at some details, I am astounded by the work you put into that house. I mean you've always done amazing work on all your videos, gingerbread houses especially but you really outdid yourself on this one. All the little details of the house, the touch of putting smaller almonds at the top of the balloon mound so it looks like they're vertical, and even making two ground textures for the baseboard based on where the house used to be really made it shine. I don't know the exact time you usually invest in videos but I imagine this one took a *lot* of time, and it shows. You really did a phenomenal job this time. This one's going into my playlist.

Wow, that was an instant like! is it just me or do you really exponentially increase the effort on your gingerbread houses? Are you goung to build a lifesize house next year?
This one took a long time, most of the 'giant' ones that you see in stores are sheets of gingerbread covering a physical structures such as a cubby house. Once it gets real big it needs more support structures and is not really for eating. I like them to be good to look at and eat.
The miniaturization is definitely a major part of the appeal.

It is a gingerbread house. It can be both. This art being made of gingerbread is what makes it amazing.
This is actually really gorgeous. It's ambitious, detailed, and really ingeniously made. I really do wish you got more attention for this because insane projects like these are clearly things you pour your heart and soul into :)
OMG this is so epic. I am an engineer, and have always thought my childhood baking was awesome training for that, but this is next level cake engineering. I am so impressed.
This is one of the few times were the UA-cam algorithm recommended a cooking video that I absolutely enjoyed. That was amazing to watch. Now I just need to skills to try it myself.

In Australia, does Christmas have a wintery theme, or is it summery, considering it's summer time there at Christmas?
It has the wintery theme with Santa Claus but is celebrated in a very summery fashion. Many will barbecue and celebrate outside.

@@naominigel1 understandable after so much work and effort went into it! I'm one of those people who wants others to eat the food I cooked/baked. However, if I spent alot of time and effort to make it I have a really difficult time eating any of it. Which is silly, really haha.
