I’m really happy about what the house meant for the family and especially the little boy having autism can be hard on soo many levels and to see how happy he is that he finally connected to something that he loves soo much and how that meant to his whole family it just changed their lifes and his sister is the sweetest little girl ever such a beautiful family, and no I’m not crying you are 😭😭😭

"Up" is mine and my Husband's favorite movie... it spoke to us on so many levels...and now our kiddos share in the same love for all things Disney/ Pixar and of course "Up" as well! My son was diagnosed as being High Functioning Autistic and my daughter has severe ADHD. They are each others BEST friends and we are so lucky to be their parents! Disney/Pixar resonated with my son... especially in his darkest times, each and every character became his friend and "special family"- especially Buzz, Woody and Wall-E! I live in Lehi! This is so close! My family and I love the movie Up because Carl reminds us so much of my grandpa that passed away. When we were watching Up in the theater when it came out my mom and I looked right at each other with tears in our eyes because we both thought the same thing about him. I teach small group autism too. You have such a special and cool family! What a magical home, I loved this video!
I got a little teary eyed when their child said “you believe anything can happen” and that’s just such an important message and I think it’s so amazing that they aren’t just Disney fanatics they really found meaning and value within their home and the builder really made the right decision to sell the home to them
My little brother (13 almost 14) has ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, and Autism... It is really hard to deal with him in the mornings and night (because in the morning he takes his meds and at night the meds have worn off) but I still love him❤

This video was absolute inspiring six people live in the city of Utah, building a real life up house that was absolute emotional it gives us a motivation for all Pixar fans to make it real.
My cousin is adopted and she has a very severe case of autism, but she’s the sweetest person in the world. We’ve gotten so close over the years and to this day she fights through. She may not be able to communicate with others, but that’s never stopped our love for her.

Seems different than ever other video I've seen of this place which have said that they aren't allowed to take more than a few seconds of video of this place. Like the family don't want people stopping and taking videos of their house. That's from what I've heard

They only do like 1-2 a month so that their lives aren't uprooted too much because the entire house has to be pristine for it, not to mention the family has to be gone as well. They don't mind people coming to the house and taking a quick picture...however, it would be annoying if several people regularly showed up to do a full photoshoot in front of their home. They are accommodating if you just ask :)

Ahw.. Autism is hard to live with. My brother is in the spectrum and he can't talk, He's 9 years old. We've made his room with a whole lot of glow in the dark kinda stuff.
