Non ionizing radiation consisits of these radio waves , microwaves , visible waves , infrared and these are not harmful while ionizing radiation which constitutes gamma rays , x rays ,cosmic rays are dangerous .
You did use facts. But the message isn't conveyed properly. The energy measurements that you have given is per photon. The energy will typically be in orders of magnitude close to eVs. That's ridiculously low. The other point is, none of our applications use 1 photon. So to convey the message properly you need to even talk about the intensity of the radiation. And just because there is more radiation doesn't imply it's harmful. For radiation to have some effect on the body it needs to interact. low frequency radio waves don't interact with the human flesh that much. 2:14 Video is nice just one mistake, 2.4GHz and 5GHz is not the actual frequency of the waves emitted by that router. It's the bandwidth of the waves that it emits, both of them are very different. you can check the sticker behind the router and confirm.

Btw, there's one little caveat perhaps worth noting here, the frequency being talked about here is actually 'temporal' frequency not spatial frequency i.e. how frequently the EM wave (i.e. electric & magnetic field) oscillates at a fixed point in space. The speed of the wave is related to this frequency and wavelength as: speed = temporal frequency * wavelength where speed remains fixed in a particular medium of travel (e.g. vaccum, water, concrete etc.) for full range of the spectrum; so if one decreases, other has to increase.

Hey, why don't you make a detailed video explaining about 5Gi. An Indian 5G standard developed by IIT Madras and IIT Hyderabad. It's quite rare to see UA-cam channels to cover our own Indian innovations. I'd suggest you can draw a comparison between international 5G and 5Gi.

Frequency is not the issue but the Intensity is the issue as high frequency wave is blocked very easily so the infrastructure used for 5G(millimetre one only) needs very dense in a area, may be near the Electricity pole, in that case is there any effect of having exposed to high intensity em wave for so long?
Like standing in sun light for a moment is not an issue but standing in sunlight for an hour will make a difference.

2:14 Video is nice just one mistake, 2.4GHz and 5GHz is not the actual frequency of the waves emitted by that router. It's the bandwidth of the waves that it emits, both of them are very different. you can check the sticker behind the router and confirm.
