Finding terrorists must be very easy. They all carry cameras and they all admit to hostile reconnaissance when asked. Amazing!
Yeh I heard that an they sneak about police stations trying to shoot the police in all there glory. But the shots cameras take won't harm you unless you stupid enough to get shot an splattered all over you tube. So shots not necessarily fatal but could do your reputation some harm .

Some of them know the law. They know in particular that they can lie about what rights civilians have. It’s not criminal for a police officer to tell a member of the public that they have to give up their details. That’s why nobody can ever really trust a police officer.
Always remember the police are allowed to tell lies, as he does when he says you have to provide your details.

They have the radio constantly going in their ear, people calling them etc. They aren't trying to be rude, most people would struggle to pay full attention to everything on the radio and everything happening in another conversation simultaneously 😂
At a place I worked we had a lot of interaction with architects who were working on building plans. Some part of the interaction their phone would ring, no excuse me and they would answer the call on a lot of times they would conduct a conversation with the caller. I would gather up my papers and return to the office. Sometime later our buzzer would rind, I would go back to the counter and be abused by the person who had completed their phone call. "I was talking to you they would say" I usually reply yes but you terminated our conversation when you answered your phone and ignored me. Most got the message.
It blows my mind these things actually believe they are entitled to know anyone's most delicate personal information just because they want it! How absurd and dangerous would that be? Nobody would ever be safe from them if that was the case!

That cop is a liar and breaking the law. They are not allowed, legally, to lie about the law and that is the first thing he does.

However if the police weren't able to lie they would never be able to use undercover cops in an investigation.

When I was young I use to run a forklift. I actually got pretty good at it. I got bored with the job when I saw an electrician walk in the building and do some simply wiring, knowing he was making 3 times as much money. I became an electrician.

What the officer did was illegal. No against policy, actually illegal. Telling you had to give your details is illegal. I believe it's section 29 of the police reform act.

Neither of them ID'd themselves. Demanding your details was not part of their training and of course as soon as that first cop realised you knew your rights, he was off, just as clueless as when he arrived.
Starts straight away with wanting details that he doesn’t need as no crime committed. Another ignorant cop that doesn’t know the law, good job you do PJ. Can’t stereotype you yet wanted your details with no crime reported. I would say he needs to read up on the law as to when your details are legally required to be given. Second cop does seem to be a lot more aware of photography laws, and they wonder why the public dies not trust them.
