Thanks for sharing, Piet. Great drone footage. Thank you for feeding America 🇺🇸 That's definitely a mountain of silage, better to have more than you need or been short.
TOP 👍👌Mooie video.
the tractor with wagon looks like its easy to keep going straight by staying in the chopped row, but how does the chopper keep straight ? Does chopper driver sit high enough to see between the rows ? Does wagon tractor keep a constant speed and chopper change speed to keep sync'd up ? Should have a cam on chopper shoot to get a good look in wagon to even out the filling.
Most choppers have row sensors on the middle of the head to keep it on the rows. Autosteer makes it easier to keep an eye on the crop and the truck while chopping

That's definitely true!
Field work is fascinating
Thanks for going over the silage analysis
Nice piloting through the tree line!!
Great work!! Awesomeness to have farm to table!! 🎉😊❤
Great video! You have a beautiful farm!
Thank you!
Good video, one consideration to keep in mind when comparing is regardless of chop length the older maize will always feed much better
Great video. How many total acres of silage would you be harvesting this year?
Around 1000 acres this year.
Tanks for this nice Video fand greetz Form Germany😊

Ik kan niet zeggen dat dat en probleem is, alleen als de mais aan de drooge kant is.
Prachtig bedrijf hebben jullie daar opgebouwd. Beetje andere dimenties dan in Nederland..
Dankjewel!
Do you keep one whole year of corn silage for feed for the cows?
We try to shoot for about 18 months of inventory after harvest.

The chopper has a sensor to stay lined up with the rows. The tractors change speed to stay lined up with the chopper.
Top class silage outfit. How long is the trailer on the john Deere
I believe the box is around 30 feet.
