Hello, a Dr. from two years ago :) Obviously youtube knows I've been watching how to of eCommerce. However, I found myself not satisfied with many channels. I love to understand how things works, at least the basics of it, as I graduate out of those "how-to" tutorials to actually starting to brainstorm, draft a plan and start posting my offerings on the online shops. After I did the brainstorming and was considering where to start, that is, I had 20 to 30 ideas for a few sub-niche and I had about 5 niches identified that I could offer my service and products to. That seemed like a lot of ideas from which to find a good starting point. But I was not 100% sure where to start. Your video was very informative. It almost felt like one video containing what other content creators would divide into three separate videos. I will check out other videos of yours. Thank you. oh btw, niche capische.
It depends on what your product or service is and who these stakeholders are. Sometimes it can be just arming your avatar with relevant info to help them convince these stakeholders that your offer is amazing and they should and give them answers to any objections they may raise or if relevant you may have to design into your product or service features that address these stakeholders, such as making laptops easier to repair for Dell as mentioned in this video... or even how I’m tackling growing my own UA-cam channel with ‘UA-cam’ and ‘Sponsors’ as my stakeholder in addition to my audience avatar in this video: ua-cam.com/video/r0GH8VKJ9-w/v-deo.html 🙂

I’m trained to help people strategically set all-encompassing life Visions and to help them through the mental shifts necessary to make them happen. Instead of a one-off training, it’s a is three months program to cement the new thinking patterns. I’m thinking of focusing on driven people in the process of starting their own businesses so they start off with the right end goal. Do you think this is too niche? My training actually supports anyone with creating any Vision.

Our language is simple, you read every letter you find, so in order to have the sound "capisc" you refer to, you have to eliminate the final E). It became iconic!! however, not many Italians speak like that. ___ Advanced: Can you pronounce "capisc-ammè?" (contraction of "capisci a me" And this is the meaning: "listen to me! You understand what I mean!" )
