  • Pepper rasam:
    Lemon size tamarind soak it in the hot water for 15 mins and extract the juice.
    1 1/2 tsp rasam powder
    1/2 tomatoes finely chopped
    For seasoning:
    1 tsp oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1 dry chilli
    3 cloves of crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp asafoetida
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Curry leaves & coriander leaves
