This was a fantastic lecture and was explained thoroughly, but I would like to add a few thigs. First I would recommend is that status asthmaticus is a emergent event and should be considered for intravenous Corticosteroids. A asthma patient in most situations who has evolved to a status exacerbation would not be able to utilize any type of ICS, but SABA and SAMA in nebulized form. The ICS is fine when the patient has overcome the emergent event and possibly with reassessment when downgraded from ICU/ER to general medicine floors or discharged home. I would also like to add that Activity with Lung Function is also an important part of classification too. Well done
