Ive had asthma for 45 years and For people who dont have asthma and want to know what a bad attack feels like. Run around or do jumping jacks or somthing and when you start breathing heavy try to breath through a coffee stirrer straw.

5:26 “more ppl with asthma have anxiety”
    *5 seconds later
“it’s also important to remember that asthma exacerbations can cause death”
Huh I wonder where the anxiety comes from 😂😭

Very concise and logically arranged summary with clear and pleasant narration. It's so nice not to have an affectedly energetic, vocal-fry accent in my ear. Thank you!

Asthma attacks suck... knocks me back for the entire day!
Winters and NO2 smog are the worse triggers for me (mainly when walking up hills)

Ever since I was a kid my conditioning was bad but I just blamed it on being out of shape. But I've been training cardio and weights for years now and I'm still out of breath walking up stairs. I also have a weak voice and constant pleghm coming up.
Last week I did a heavy set of deadlift and I was out of breath for 5 whole minutes. Also had to record a script for a project and realized I can't speak in normal length sentences because I'm out of breath before the end. Kinda crazy since I'm only in my twenties.
Seeing a GP for it within a few days but just wondering if this can be asthma it seems the closest thing to my symptoms of what I can find.
Anyone have experienced this? Trying to be educate before walking into doctors office.

Hello, I have had severe asthma for a year and my quality of life has improved completely. Has Hadid's medicine been used for this disease?
And I got the pneumococcal 23 vaccine, does it have an effect on my asthma, because this disease is very painful, especially in Iran, where there is no medicine and if it is found, it is very expensive. Thanks

Asthma is a bitch... I'm so tired of living with it. It makes almost every day hellish, if I forget my Inhaler and I start having trouble breathing, nothing else helps and it just gets worse until I end up HAVING to go to the hospital for the albuterol. It was horrible growing up w it too, w people not taking it seriously, the students around me yeah, but also teachers who would still force me to play sports when running is one of my worst triggers. Wish more people would watch videos like this so they could understand its not simply an inconvenience for an asthmatic, it's terrifying at times, expensive as hell (35 dollars for a 30 day emergency Inhaler? Paying to breathe??), and as long term consequences... sorry for the rant, I just don't have anyone who really gets it in my life lmao

@@ejday3130Also, I was sick with asthma for thirteen years, and God cured me of it with a natural prescription made from food. I took it for two full years, and now I have not gone to the doctor for five years. Praise be to God, I was completely cured and I threw away all medications and sprays. If you want the recipe, I will tell you about it.

Unfortunately, I also have severe asthma and I have been suffering from this disease for a year. You should be happy that there is medicine in your country. In my country, Iran, there is no medicine for asthma, and if it is found, it is very rare and expensive. I hope that a medicine will be found for this terrible pain.

@arianjahani2952 this world kills me. It's ridiculous that they don't have medicine for you, and for that I am truly sorry. Healthcare around the world should be both accessible and affordable, and it's atrocious that it's not.

Why do you keep saying "exasTerbations"?! It's very odd and doesn't sound very professional getting a basic word wrong 🤔
